Annex to the Terms of sale. Complete, sign, and send by e-mail or post.

How to withdraw

Within 14 days of concluding the service contract you may withdraw without giving a reason. Send the completed form:

  • Email: kontakt@szczep.com.pl (subject: “Withdrawal from contract”)
  • Post: PiE Consulting Sp. z o.o., ul. Poznańska 50/11A, 60-850 Poznań

Keep a copy of your statement. Details: Terms §4.
