Active Portfolio Review

We review a current body of work: event credits, media presence, documented experience, or a direct demonstration of your craft. We're looking for proof that you're actively operating at a high level, not just a résumé of past roles. Your portfolio should reflect what you bring to the table right now.

Role Knowledge Check

Candidates complete a targeted assessment to demonstrate working knowledge of their position. We're confirming that your understanding of the craft matches the standard our clients expect. Not theoretical familiarity, but the kind of depth that shows in the work.

Video Panel Interview

Finalists meet with our hiring committee over a structured video call. This is our opportunity to assess professionalism, communication, and cultural fit. It is also your chance to understand exactly what working with us looks like before accepting a placement.

What We Look For

You are already working at a recognized NYC venue, club, hotel, or catering company

You have at least 2 years of consistent, professional event experience

You can handle high volume, high pressure environments without losing composure

You are punctual, reliable, and communicative before and during every engagement

You take pride in your craft and hold yourself to a standard most people won't match

We work with nightclubs, hotels, venues, and hospitality groups that operate at the highest levels in New York. The people representing us must carry themselves professionally in those settings without needing direction or oversight. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
